As a Verified Impact Partner, you can use this form to request United Way’s support. Whether you need Blankets for Good, Literacy Kits, or help spreading the word about your volunteer opportunities, this is the place to share your request.

PLEASE NOTE: Blankets and Literacy Kits are created by caring volunteers and community partners throughout the year. We can’t promise a set amount or timeline, but by submitting this request, you let us know your organization would like to receive them when they’re available.

This form is for currently funded Verified Impact Partners of United Way of Cass-Clay. It provides a streamlined way for you to share updates, requests, and stories with our team. 

You can use this form to:

• Update your organization’s details — including your official name, address, and main phone number.
• Provide updated banking information — securely share changes to your ACH payment details to ensure uninterrupted grant payments.
• Revise program information — including contact updates for your CEO, grant contact, program lead, financial contact, or media contact, as well as changes to your program description.
• Share impact stories and photos — highlight the successes, outcomes, and stories from your programs outside of your normal grant terms.
• Join our Community Impact Mailing List — ensure you receive updates, stories, and opportunities to get involved.
• Submit other requests — for any updates, ideas, or information you need to share that do not fit into the above categories.

United Way of Cass-Clay offers Community Event Sponsorships to support local events that align with one or more of our Bold Goals:

•  Prevent Hunger and Homelessness
  Increase access to food and housing for families and youth by supporting efforts that reduce hunger and prevent homelessness.
•  Prepare Children to Succeed
  Help children enter school ready to learn and support students in graduating with the tools they need for college, career, or life.
•  Strengthen Families
  Improve family stability by increasing access to employment, mental health support, and community resources. 

We prioritize events that increase awareness of community issues, promote equity, and support long-term impact for individuals and families in Cass and Clay Counties—particularly those that serve primarily low-income, historically underserved, or marginalized populations. A brief post-event report is required within 30 days of the event.

Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:

• Serve residents of Cass County (ND) and/or Clay County (MN)
• Be a registered 501(c)(3) or public agency
• Follow all applicable laws and demonstrate financial responsibility

Please note: We do not fund individuals, political/lobbying organizations, fundraising events, religious programs, sporting events or teams, or travel expenses.

Timeline
We require at least 6 weeks' notice between the date your request is submitted and the event date. Requests submitted with fewer than 6 weeks’ notice may not be considered. If approved, funds are typically disbursed within 30 days of approval.

Shared Acknowledgment Requirements
Funded partners agree to:

• Acknowledge United Way in promotional materials, event signage, and verbal remarks
• Tag United Way of Cass-Clay on social media
• Follow United Way’s branding guidelines (available upon acceptance)
